
Treat yourself to something you deeply desire and absolutely deserve. So often we tend to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of meeting the demands of life and tend to neglect ourselves. This year I encourage you to have a Spring Fling with yourself by doing what is most serving to you. Do things that make you happy, help you enjoy life, and allow you to relieve stress so that you can continue moving forward toward your life goals. Listed below are a few things you can do to have a Spring Fling with yourself and treat yourself to things you’ll enjoy.
Treat yourself to a picnic
Try a new recipe and create a relaxing candle lit setting
Go for a hike
Go stargazing
Take a candle lit bubble bath, use bath oils and add flower to the water
Have a movie night
Go for a walk where you can enjoy a scenic view
Treat yourself to a beautiful bouquet of flowers
Enjoy your favorite glass of wine
Take yourself on a road trip / weekend getaway
Spoil yourself with a spa day
Lunch Date at your favorite restaurant
Stay one night or weekend at a nice hotel
Create art or visit an art museum
Rent a convertible or car you’ve always wanted to drive
